周金华

在多年的艺术创作生涯中，周金华的作品以其独特的俯视视角而知名。在这特定的“上帝视角”中，周金华笔下所描绘的景象变化万千，然而画面中的主人公却总是看似平凡的无名百姓。在俯视的角度下，景、物、人的比例在艺术家的画笔下被夸大，写实的绘画手法与超现实的表现形式构成了极富生趣且让人回味再三的画面场景。每一幅作品都像是一个微型社会，不禁让人对画面中众多主人公的人生产生种种联想。

艺术家本人在解释他创作中一贯的俯视角度时说到：“在我看来和谐、安宁、平静的当下生活场域，既是人类生活的共有背景，又是个体经验的差异构成；既是界限明确透明的物质场域，又是充满协商竞争的人际空间。这个角度暂时拉开了个人与群体的距离，模糊了日常生活的固有情境，于是正常的生活逻辑被质疑，真实当中产生了荒谬。”

周金华生于1978 年四川省，2002年毕业于四川美院。周金华自2003年便频繁地在国内以及国际参展。他的个展包括：“周金华：印迹”，ART LABOR画廊，上海（2018）；“周金华作品展”，光州艺术博览会，韩国 （2016）；“如梦”，新画廊，台北（2013）； “命运”，少励画廊，香港（2011）；“周金华”，Neuffer am Park 美术馆, 德国（2010）；。他的近期群展包括：“粉墨登陆”，ART LABOR 画廊，上海（2018）； “拾爱－十周年别展”，ART LABOR画廊，上海 （2017）； “另一种视野—绘画语言研究展”，时代美术馆，北京 （2016）； “五月方圆”，艺穗会当代艺术空间，香港（2015）；“激变－新叙事性精神绘画展”，北京当代艺术馆，北京（2013）； “纬度•态度－香港少励画廊20周年展”, 少励画廊, 香港（2012）；“The Tao of Now”，白兔美术馆，澳大利亚悉（2010）；“花好月圆”，余德耀美术馆，印度尼西亚（2009）。周金华作品的重要收藏包括：中国广东美术馆，澳大利亚悉尼白兔美术馆，雅加达余德耀美术馆，德国曼海姆大学。周金华现工作、居住于北京。
